All brand new memorials are tailored to the NAMM code of working practices by our own BRAMM approved masons.

Memorial Masons in Manchester
At McGarry Memorials (Manchester) Ltd we are a family run business established since 1919.
The director is Mr Paul Farrell, who joined McGarry’s in September 1987 as an apprentice letter-cutter. His late wife Amanda joined the team in October 2000.
Their son, Kieran joined in August 2007 and their daughter, Olivia joined in September 2015 as an Apprentice Business Administrator. We pride ourselves on making our customers feel welcome and at ease when they visit our showroom.

All our memorial headstones and gravestones are of the highest quality and we are immensely proud of the standard of our work. We offer a personal service and will do everything that we can to make this time easier for you. Thankfully the purchase of a memorial is, for most people, not something they deal with often. For this reason we are on hand to offer advice on things like cemetery regulations, the relative merits of different types of stone and what to include in your inscription.

We can offer home visits, so you can be in the comfort of your home while making your decision. We appreciate how distressing a time this is for family and friends, so we work hard to help you in a personal and non-intrusive manner. We happily travel throughout Manchester and the surrounding areas to make it easier for our clients. Our team are sympathetic and polite and you can take as much time as necessary when deciding on the best way to mark the place where your loved one rests.
